Qualification Rules

1. This promotion is taking place at Maverick Casino and Hotel Elko.
2. All Play Maverick Rewards members are eligible to participate.
3. The eligibility period for the Jackpot Party drawing is from September 11^th, 2026, though November 13^th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Drawing Specific Rules

5. Players must visit the Play Maverick Rewards Club starting Tuesday, November 1^st, 2026, to sign the log and collect their drawing tickets.
6. It is the player’s responsibility to place their drawing ticket in the correct drum behind the Play Maverick Rewards Club desk.
7. Tickets will be accepted into the drawing drum until November 13^th, 2026, at 6:05 p.m.
8. Any tickets not deposited into the drawing drum will be forfeited.
9. Five (5) winners will be announced and receive $500 in FREE PLAY each.
10. The drawing will occur November 13^th, at 6:10 p.m. (PST) at the Rewards Club.
11. Players must be present to win.
12. Players may only win once.
13. If a player’s name is called and they have already won, that ticket will be forfeited, and a new name will be drawn.
14. Once a winner is announced, the announced winner has 90 seconds to arrive at the drawing location and make themselves known to a team member.
15. If the announced winner fails to arrive at the drawing area within 90 seconds, that winner will be forfeited, and another name will be called.
16. The process of a winner being called and given 90 seconds to make themselves known will continue until a winner is present.
17. If all present winners have not been selected after 15 minutes from the first winner being announced, the drawing will conclude with present winners selected.
18. FREE PLAY will be awarded on players’ accounts onNovember 13^th, 2026, upon completion of the drawing.
19. FREE PLAY expires after thirty (30) days.
20. General House Rules apply to this and all promotions.

General House Rules

1. All participants must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in gaming promotions.
2. Free Play DOES NOT count towards earning Tier Credit(s).
3. Winners will be determined by Play Maverick Rewards Club Employees.
4. Prizes are non-transferable.
5. Players are responsible for having their card inserted into the machine properly.
